We actively seek out properties with renovation potential — older buildings in poor condition, undervalued relative to what they could become. We are personally involved in every project: from concept to construction, from materials to finishes, from market positioning to resale.

4-bedroom apartment — Caldas da Rainha
Originally built in 1964. in an advanced state of disrepair, virtually uninhabitable at the time of acquisition. The project involved deep structural intervention — stripping the property back to its structural shell, the complete replacement of all water, electrical, drainage and internet systems, optimisation of the available living space, and the installation of new insulation, heating and ventilation systems, flooring, wall finishes, bespoke joinery, PVC window frames, lighting and decoration throughout. The result was an apartment performing to the standard of new build, within an established building in the town centre.
2-bedroom house — Salir do Porto
A similar transformation was carried out on a property with comparable starting characteristics — a house built before 1963, in a poor state of repair and with its true potential largely overlooked. The same approach was followed: stripping the property back to its structural shell, complete replacement of all services and installations, reconfiguration of the internal layout, and the use of quality materials and finishes throughout. The result was a home brought back to life — and to its full market potential — in a fantastic location with stunning views.

Patrimonius — Alentejo Coast
Casa Gold is a co-owner of Patria Nostra Imobiliária, a company registered under the brand Patrimonius, with land assets on the Alentejo Coast, near Sines.
The portfolio comprises six plots totalling 22 hectares, particularly well-suited for tourism development or agricultural support projects — a region where this vocation has frequently given rise to quality private residential development. Two of the plots border the Campilhas reservoir, which gives them a distinctive location value.
The assets are available for sale — either as a full transfer of the shareholding or on an individual plot basis. If this type of investment is of interest, we are available for a conversation.
