Casa Gold was born from a simple conviction: that the property market deserved a different approach. Less transactional, more consultative. Fewer promises, more rigour. Less intermediation, more genuine support.
Over more than a decade, we have built a way of working that places the client — and their interests — at the centre of every decision. We don't manage portfolios. We support people through some of the most important moments of their lives.
How we think
The way Casa Gold works didn't come from the property industry. It came from decades of experience in sales, management and consulting — in demanding environments where process rigour and genuine client focus were non-negotiable.
It is that culture — of analysis before action, of realistic expectations, of staying the course — that we apply to every property, every owner, every transaction.
In a sector where easy promises and inflated valuations are commonplace, we choose the harder path: saying what needs to be said, doing what needs to be done, and being present when others have already moved on.
The team
Casa Gold is a small team by choice — not by limitation.
A small team means fixed points of contact, clear accountability and direct support. You always know who you are dealing with. And whoever manages your process knows it from start to finish.
There are two of us. Complementary profiles, well-defined roles and a working relationship built over more than a decade — side by side, in the field.
Pedro Gabriel
Founder & Managing Director
Forty-seven years of professional experience across three very different contexts — a SME, a multinational and a business built from scratch. A career that began in sales, developed through management and consulting, and concluded in entrepreneurship. Academic background in Civil Engineering and Business Management.
It is from this accumulated experience — technical, human and process-driven — that Casa Gold's way of thinking and working was shaped. After more than a decade building Casa Gold, he now dedicates himself to ensuring that what has been created endures — with the same rigour and the same values.
João Gabriel
Property Consultant
João Gabriel has been part of Casa Gold since 2013.
His professional path began in process management, where he developed a thorough understanding of the administrative and legal foundations of every property transaction. Since then, he has progressively specialised in client advisory, property acquisition and negotiation.
Today, he is the person clients are most likely to meet first. His day-to-day work is centred on listening, understanding individual needs and building lasting relationships based on trust, consistency and close support.
His growing role in the field reflects the natural evolution of Casa Gold, ensuring continuity while preserving the same values and standards that have defined the company from the beginning.

We believe that trust is built before any contract is signed — and maintained long after completion.
We don't inflate valuations to win instructions. We don't disappear after signing the agency agreement. We don't make promises the market cannot support.
